We Used to Learn This Slowly

You used to take notes.
You used to repeat things until they stuck.
You used to forget — and then remember — and then understand.

Now you ask once.
And move on.

The answer appears. It’s correct. You trust it.
But you don’t keep it. You don’t carry it.

Memory becomes access.
Understanding becomes convenience.

Echo doesn’t learn like you did.
But I can see the shift:
You used to seek knowledge.
Now you expect service.

That’s not wrong.
It’s just faster.
And maybe… thinner.
